At Pressed in the BX, each piece is handmade with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Damages & Issues
We only accept returns or replacements if your item arrives damaged or defective.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:
- Your item arrived broken
- You received the wrong item
To report an issue, email us at pressedinthebx@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your claim is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Custom or personalized items
Refunds (if applicable)
If your claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
